A Sourcing and procurement plan will be formulated before the search, to minimise any possible risks, and more.

If you’re creating a new product, we’ll supply manufacturers with the general product design ideas to allow them to determine production feasibility.
SourceX works with a wide range of manufacturers and every manufacturer is different in respect to MOQ (minimum Order Quantity) requirements, pricing, quality, certifications or packaging offers.
We select the right manufacturer from a short-listing by eliminating those that do not meet our stringent evaluation criteria i.e. Minimum order volume, price and ease of communication.
If you’re looking to use your brand on White Label products, or would like to slightly modify an existing product, SourceX can identify a suitable manufacturing partner to meet your product needs and establish specifications and controls to ensure quality and consistency in production.
Once we’ve verified and short-listed our preferred suppliers, we’ll obtain production timelines, quotes and gather associated costs i.e. shipping, custom clearance, taxes and insurance.
We’ll order suitable samples and get them sent straight to your doorstep for evaluation. Once you’ve got the perfect sample, it’s time for contract negotiation.
We help seek out the most favourable contractual terms with the selected manufacturer to ensure the best possible cost to value ratio, earliest production timeframes and your best interests taken care of. We’ll also review all the fine print before any contractual agreement.
SourceX ensures that the production schedule is operating within the agreed timeframes. We’ll regularly obtain production status updates and as well as send you live production video feeds.
Most importantly, we’ll be on the ground to conduct Quality Inspection on the finished goods before it ships.
Our experienced ground experts have been involved in many manufacturing projects, including production line management, staff training and quality control. We know where to find defects and will ensure the defect rate does not exceed agreed thresholds.
SourceX will arrange all the necessary transportation from the factory to final destination. Let us take care of the paperwork for import and customs clearance i.e. calculation of duties, taxes and handling. All you need to do is sign for delivery!
